The Scientific Committee of the fourth Conference on Technology, Culture and Memory (CTCM) has released its Submission Guidelines. CTCM is a biannual conference organized by Universidade Federal de Pernambuco's Knowledge Technology Laboratory (LIBER) along with the Department of Information Science and its Postgraduate Studies Program. This event aims to promote the exchange of ideas and expand research in the field of methodologies and technologies employed in the preservation of memory and cultural heritage. Acknowledging the potential of data produced by researchers and the administrative challenges these present to people and organizations, this year's theme will focus on Curation and Open Data and so aims to broaden discussion and encourage research institutions, organizations, managers, researchers, librarians and Information Technology personnel to examine their roles and responsibilities in this process.
